Refunds & Returns

• We will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
• We may withhold refunds until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
• You must return the products within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.

Exclusions

• Opened sealed products (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
• Custom-made items are non-refundable.
• This policy applies only to EU-based customers.

How to Return

• Return products in original packaging to avoid damage.
• Do not send items as freight collect.
